t27b expectations ledger: re-bless from lab run 88862a949 (after #6229 strings) #6234

Problem

tri t27b ratchet on lab run 88862a9 (finished 2026-10-04T18:32:47Z) is red: UNEXPECTED PASS 29 (the strings PR #6229; its re-bless was deferred to a separate PR, as with #6188), UNLISTED 50 (specs that entered the reference set on master), MOVED 338. UNEXPECTED FAILURE 0.

Change

Re-bless docs/reports/t27b_expectations.json from that run. The cap rises 582 -> 594 by hand, accounted exactly: 582 - 29 now passing + 41 new not-pass specs among the 50 unlisted (9 of them pass) = 594. No entry already in the ledger got worse.

Acceptance

tri t27b ratchet green against run 88862a9; pass 84, pass_vacuous 30, not_pass 594 = 708 reference passes.
