duplicate-bodies check is red on master: WAL_checkpoint, getRecentHistory, is_blinking_success, str_contains #7355

The non-required duplicate-bodies check fails on master and on every open PR (seen on #7349, which does not touch these). Its errors name duplicate bodies of WAL_checkpoint, getRecentHistory, is_blinking_success and str_contains. Fix: remove the copies (one home each), or, if a copy is deliberate, record it with python3 tools/dupe_scan.py --bless on master with a reason. Then the check is green again and can be made required.
