types ratchet: trios and browseros ports redefine 12 type names (Refs #7437) #7486
Part of #7437. Twelve of the type names newly defined twice come from specs/port/trios/ and specs/port/browseros/: AppState, Cli, Entry, FileChange, IdentityConfig, LockGuard, Path, RunResult, ToolDefinition, ToolRegistry, Value, Variant.
Entry is newer than the #7437 list: template.t27 gained an Entry in #7386, and the port ls.t27 already had one.
Fix: LockGuard in trios-cli/src/cmd/report.t27 is an empty stand-in for the one in trios-cli/src/lock.t27, so give it the same two fields. Each other name gets a module-unique name on the port side. Do not bless the types ledger.
Boundary
cli/src/cmd/report.t27
cli/src/lock.t27
User Scenarios
Given the specs/port/trios/ and specs/port/browseros/ ports each define LockGuard with different fields, when the type checker compiles both ports, then LockGuard in cli/src/cmd/report.t27 has the same two fields as LockGuard in cli/src/lock.t27 and no duplicate-type error is emitted for LockGuard.
Given the other eleven type names (AppState, Cli, Entry, FileChange, IdentityConfig, Path, RunResult, ToolDefinition, ToolRegistry, Value, Variant) are defined in both a port and a non-port spec, when the type checker compiles the full spec set, then each port-side definition carries a module-unique name and no duplicate-type error is emitted for any of the twelve names.
Requirements
FR-001: The LockGuard type in cli/src/cmd/report.t27 MUST have exactly the same two fields as the LockGuard type in cli/src/lock.t27.
FR-002: Each of the other eleven conflicting type names in specs/port/trios/ and specs/port/browseros/ MUST be renamed to a module-unique name on the port side.
FR-003: The types ledger MUST NOT be updated or blessed as part of this change.
FR-004: All existing spec files MUST continue to type-check after the renames.
Success Criteria
t27c check specs/ exits 0 with zero duplicate-type diagnostics for the twelve names listed in the issue.
grep -r "type LockGuard" cli/src/cmd/report.t27 cli/src/lock.t27 shows identical field lists in both files.
