types ratchet: trinity, fpga, scripts and tools ports redefine 9 type names (Refs #7437) #7487
Description
Part of #7437. Nine of the type names newly defined twice come from specs/port/trinity/, specs/port/fpga/, specs/port/scripts/ and specs/port/tools/: BlinkState, Inputs, LockFreeStack, Point, RTree, Block, Segment, Segments, TestResults.
Fix: rename the port-side definition that differs, so the remaining same-shape copies are duplicates rather than conflicts. Leave the sealed specs (gen_w390.t27, gf16_uart_sim_bench.t27) untouched. Do not bless the types ledger.
