specs/math/constants.t27 does not compile, so 223 specs rebuild on closure (#8095) #8301

specs/math/constants.t27 has a blocked seal: does not compile: spec.zig:374:17: use of undeclared identifier 'x'. Every spec that imports it can never be REUSE under t27c frontier. On master 2026-10-09 that is the largest closure root: 223 rebuilds.

PR #8209 makes it compile: 36 of 36 tests pass. That PR stalled without a v2 seal and without a closing reference. This issue is its Closes target.

Acceptance criteria

• t27c test-report specs/math/constants.t27 prints FAIL 0
• .trinity/seals/math_Constants.json carries "seal_schema": 2 with 0 failed tests

• Given specs/math/constants.t27 fails to compile with "use of undeclared identifier 'x'", when running t27c test-report specs/math/constants.t27, then it prints FAIL 0 and the spec becomes reusable under t27c frontier.

Requirements

FR-001: The spec specs/math/constants.t27 MUST compile without errors.
FR-002: The test report for specs/math/constants.t27 MUST show 0 failed tests.
FR-003: The seal file .trinity/seals/math_Constants.json MUST carry "seal_schema": 2 with 0 failed tests.
