seals: v2 records for 59 specs the re-mint filter dropped (invariant-only and late passes) #8386

The second re-mint (#8372) kept only seals with tests.total > 0. That filter is wrong since #8374: a spec whose only checks are invariant blocks has a verdict (checks_pass counts invariants), and it was reverted to no seal.

A third pass resealed the 72 specs that pass but had no v2 seal. 59 were kept: v2, failed == 0, and total > 0 or at least one invariant in the spec (15 are invariant-only). 82 seal files change, counting twins.

Acceptance criteria

• Every changed seal is seal_schema 2 with tests.failed == 0.
• Every changed seal with tests.total == 0 belongs to a spec with an invariant block.
• t27c frontier reuses more specs than master does.

User Scenarios

• Given a spec whose only checks are invariant blocks, when t27c reseals it, then the produced seal has seal_schema 2, tests.failed == 0, and tests.total == 0.
• Given a spec with tests.total > 0 that passes all checks, when t27c reseals it, then the produced seal has seal_schema 2, tests.failed == 0, and tests.total > 0.
• Given the set of 59 specs identified by the third re-mint pass, when t27c frontier runs, then it reuses strictly more specs than the current master branch.

Requirements

• FR-001: The seal generator MUST include specs with tests.total == 0 when the spec contains at least one invariant block.
• FR-002: Every regenerated seal file MUST have seal_schema 2 and tests.failed == 0.
• FR-003: For any regenerated seal with tests.total == 0, the corresponding spec file MUST contain an invariant block.
• FR-004: The re-mint process MUST produce exactly 82 changed seal files (counting twins) covering the 59 specs.

Success Criteria

• t27c seal --verify .trinity/seals/ exits 0 and reports all 82 changed seals satisfy seal_schema 2 and tests.failed == 0.
• grep -r "tests.total = 0" .trinity/seals/ | wc -l returns 15 and each listed seal's spec contains an invariant block.
• t27c frontier --compare master exits 0 and reports a positive reuse delta (e.g., "+59 specs reused").
