#10235 added specs/t27f/hot.t27 without a row in docs/reports/t27b_expectations.json, so t27b-native-ratchet reports it UNLISTED (run 39099712204: "the reference passes it and the ledger does not name it (t27b pass)"). Same defect as #10212.

Adds the one row, in path order, with the verdict the run measured. No other row moves. The other UNLISTED specs in that run (suite_ledger_steward in ci and jobs, spec_graph_fold, tri/pr/preflight) belong to the PRs that added them.
