AGENTS.md is the entry point for developers and agents. It gains section 8, "Developer toolkit: what we built and where it lives". It maps each piece to its one home:

  • TRI CLAW: the gate inventory and drift law (specs/claw/gates.t27), the service contract, recipes and fix engine, docs/claw/, and the GitHub App (github.com/apps/tri-claw, today the reviewer-bee identity). The cross-repo claw/t27f check is listed as in flight, not as done.
  • T27F: the specs/t27f/ map (IR, exporter, derive, fold, view, outline), the graph page, and t27f_outline for cheap reading.
  • Hot reload and incremental work:
    • seal v2 and t27c frontier, with its --watch mode;
    • the gen-hash cache, with its measured 67.7 s to 3.0 s;
    • t27c use-edges and specs/ci/affected.t27;
    • specs/t27f/hot.t27;
    • t27-mcp --watch SSE, save-to-event p50 24 ms, dated 2026-10-18.
  • t27 MCP server: the tools that save the most work.
  • PR gates: own language / SHRINK, issue shape, PR budget, compiler preflight, duplicate bodies, gate drift. Each row points to its spec.
  • Traps we paid for:
    • gen-c string lowering;
    • a parse is not a proof;
    • heavy runs go to the Railway lab;
    • a merge is not a deploy.

The section holds pointers only: no rule text is copied out of its spec or skill. Every linked path was checked against origin/master before commit. Prose only, no foreign lines.
