Closes #10259

What

docs/nona-02-organism/t27f/genui-research.md -- the M0 research and design document for T27F Live: a generative UI of agent work in our own format.

  • Section 2, browser map: wasm runs all the logic. Every Web API (Canvas, WebGPU, SSE, WebCodecs, DOM) stays plumbing behind one shim that holds no logic. The section gives the measured glue sizes across the field (Zig about 10 lines, ours 39, Makepad about 300 KB) and the honest costs of drawing on a canvas: an a11y mirror, a hidden input for IME, a static shell for SEO, and text shaping.
  • Section 3, competitors: genUI protocols, real-time visual runtimes and live-avatar vendors, each with format, transport, latency, licence and price, and what we beat. Every number has a source; unsourced rows are marked UNVERIFIED.
  • Section 4, design: agent events -> work_graph.t27 -> scene/hud/face/motion -> a display list of about 12 opcodes -> a loader of at most 40 lines -> Canvas2D, plus an a11y text mirror. SSE carries events down; POST carries allowlisted action ids up.
  • Queen face: an original parametric vector character. No real person is an input, and the blue iris is a style token.
  • Section 5, plan: the specs/t27f file list and milestones M0-M6 with measurable criteria. M1-M6 are filed as spec(t27f): work_graph -- join agent events to specs (spec -> agent -> task -> action) #10260-spec(t27f): export_video -- same display list to MP4 on the lab #10265; all passed the issue-shape gate.
  • Section 6, options: A, a pure t27 vector Queen (recommended); B, A plus a pre-rendered clip library; C, a vendor live avatar over WebRTC.

The doc goes under docs/nona-02-organism/t27f/ rather than docs/t27f/, per DOCS-TREE; the doc states why.

Docs only. It adds no code and touches no foreign language. The file is ASCII-only.

…own format (Closes #10259)

Survey and design for a live view of agent work: agent events feed a .t27
work graph, .t27 scene/hud/face/motion specs emit a flat display list, and
the browser paints it through a loader of at most 40 lines. Covers browser
feasibility (what stays plumbing), genUI protocols, real-time visual
runtimes and live-avatar vendors with sourced latency and price, the
original vector Queen design, and milestones M0-M6 (#10259-#10265).

Part of #10266.

These columns do not partition: 0 + 49 + 0 + 0 = 49, and there are 50 open PRs. A PR is being counted twice or not at all.

Seal Status

  • ⚠️ STALE -- sha256(compiler.rs)=0f8c66b9ed0e != manifest seal=87e5cbd3ad94.
The committed NMSE numbers were certified against an older compiler.rs.
Run scripts/reseal-check.sh locally for the two-step reseal command (advisory; not a merge gate).
