Closes #10357

What

specs/t27f/token_floor_mux.t27 voices the token_floor infographic reel (#10323) with the v1 recipe: the owner's cloned voice, one-word yellow captions and background music. The spec's generated program prints the ffmpeg filter graph, so no foreign code is involved.

  • Timing from physics. Each of the six phrases starts at the frame its label lights up: the label delay, plus land_frame(trigger) when a ball triggers it. A phrase never starts before the previous one ends plus 150 ms. Starts: 400, 2566, 4476, 6866, 9176, 11966 ms.
  • Captions. One word at a time in the free band left of the tube (x 60..780, centre y 1250). Tests prove the band clears every FIXED label and the tube. The font shrinks to fit the widest word (band_font(9) = 111). The last caption ends at 13396 ms, before the music fade-out at 13600 ms.
  • Recipe imported, not copied. Loudness (I -15, TP -1.5, LRA 7), caption style, music volume 0.10 and fades, and the limiter come from owner_voice_reel.t27 and reel_particles_mux.t27.
  • token_floor.t27 and reel_particles_mux.t27 only gain pub on eight existing fns. Their behaviour does not change.

Measured on the Railway lab

  • Test reports: token_floor 19/19, token_floor_mux 10/10, reel_particles_mux 6/6, none vacuous.
  • Render: 15.000 s, 450 frames, 1080x1920 at 30 fps, AAC 48 kHz stereo.
  • Loudness: -14.0 LUFS integrated, LRA 2.6. v1 measured -14.1.
  • Caption band (signalstats on the crop): yellow at 1.0, 3.0, 5.0, 7.5, 9.5 and 12.3 s, empty at 13.8 s.

The narration words and the voice audio are data. They stay on the lab and are not in this PR.

…wner's voice, captions and music (Closes #10357)

The mux is a .t27 spec; its generated program prints the ffmpeg filter
graph. Each phrase starts when its label lights up (closed form from
token_floor.land_frame), never before the previous phrase ends plus
150 ms. One-word yellow captions sit in the free band left of the tube,
clear of the FIXED labels. Loudness, caption style and music fades are
imported from owner_voice_reel and reel_particles_mux, not copied.

token_floor and reel_particles_mux only gain `pub` on eight existing
fns; no behaviour change.

Lab: tests 19/19, 10/10, 6/6, none vacuous. Render 15.000 s, 450
frames, 1080x1920, -14.0 LUFS integrated, LRA 2.6.
