Closes #10439
Closes #10440
Closes #10441

Three checks that every open PR inherits from master, each fixed at its cause:

  1. Verilog widths: token_floor.t27 emits [8388607:0] and [49766399:0]. They are rsp : [524288]u16 (the row index, 524288 * 16 bits) and bgq : [6220800]u8 (the empty frame, 6220800 * 8 bits), exact, host-side, and not shrinkable without removing what the spec does. Ledgered with the arithmetic, like big_frame and suggest_feed. No t27c change: the lowering is faithful.
  2. t27b tail: f32_rounding_and_rem_call_their_ports expected "@rem two"; t27b: f64 floor/ceil, i64 mod and log of a literal -- token_floor blockers 11 -> 4 (Closes #10405) #10410 made the refusal say "@rem and @mod two". The test follows the message; the assertion still checks the construct and the reason.
  3. count-invariant: no field was dropped. Four sources state the catalogue size and give four numbers: 109 is canonical, and nine repeated names are unexplained #6953 reworded the nine former_name= values to "GF-TN (historical)" to remove a name=/former_name= alias. The invariant, its planted tree and its negative control now expect that spelling. --self-check is green, and the live catalog gate prints OK with 109 rows.

Not run on the lab: the Python gates ran locally (light). The widths ledger and the tail test are proven by this PR's own CI.

…r widths ledgered, rem arity text, former_name spelling (Closes #10439, Closes #10440, Closes #10441)

- Verilog widths: token_floor.t27 emits [8388607:0] (rsp, the row index,
524288*16 bits) and [49766399:0] (bgq, the empty 1080x1920x3 frame). Both
are exact working buffers of a host-side renderer; ledgered with the
  arithmetic like big_frame and suggest_feed.
- t27b tail: the @Rem arity case expects "`@rem` and `@mod` two", the text
  #10410 gave the refusal.
- count-invariant: the nine tnf rows carry former_name="GF-TN (historical)"
since #6953 (deliberate: it removed a name=/former_name= alias); the
invariant, its planted tree and its negative control now expect that.

Summary

Status Count
Total Open PRs 50
PRs with Failing Checks 48
PRs with All Checks Green 2
READY 0
FAILING 48
PENDING 0
NO CHECKS YET 0

These columns do not partition: 0 + 48 + 0 + 0 = 48, and there are 50 open PRs. A PR is being counted twice or not at all.

Seal Status

  • ⚠️ STALE -- sha256(compiler.rs)=fad12492937a != manifest seal=87e5cbd3ad94.
The committed NMSE numbers were certified against an older compiler.rs.
Run scripts/reseal-check.sh locally for the two-step reseal command (advisory; not a merge gate).
