#10681 merged with its duplicate-bodies check red, so master has been red on that job since 40b59d3. deps_len in specs/t27f/spec_deps.t27 had the same body as lit_len in specs/claw/t27f_gate.t27.

Change

Deleted deps_len, added use claw::t27f_gate;, and every call now uses lit_len. The copy is not blessed into the ledger.
The seal is refreshed. Its closure now names claw/t27f_gate.t27.

Verification (Railway lab, master `40b59d3` plus this diff)

python3 tools/dupe_scan.py: ok: no new duplicate body, and none of the known groups grew. The count went from 686 of 13447 to 684 of 13446.
t27c test-report specs/t27f/spec_deps.t27: 13 of 13 pass, 0 vacuous.
t27c seal --save: 13 of 13 pass.

Not covered

spec-guards is red on master for a separate reason: gen/c/claw/gates.c is stale. gen(claw): regenerate gates.c after #10674 -- master spec-guards red (Closes #10683) #10684 fixes that.
The issue gate auto-merged t27f: dependencies view -- the specs around one spec (Closes #10680) #10681 while one of its checks was red. This PR does not touch that rule.
