Closes #10700) Entry 11 described an igla import cycle that #10689 removed; it now carries a dated update with master's use lines. Fourteen of fifteen verdict paragraphs stop in mid-word at 900-906 bytes since 13b005f, and no commit holds the rest; a note says so instead of guessing the text. docs/DECISION-REGISTER.md. No verdict text is changed or completed.git log --all -Sfinds the rest of the text in no commit. Entry 9 (639 bytes) is the only one that is whole.
