Owner

Closes #10804. Part of #10486.

Owner directive 2026-10-19: clean up yourself, always, and make it a skill. The night of 2026-10-18 filled the bench Mac's disk twice (finished lane worktrees are 300-650 MB each, plus a Zig cache per lane) and the owner removed them by hand twice.

What is in the PR

  • .claude/skills/self-cleanup/SKILL.md (new): what is yours (from the session's own record, never a path pattern or the mine/other column of tri worktrees, which also marks other sessions' trees), when (after a merge, at the end of every tick, before a lane when free disk is under 8 GB), the rule for removing a lane tree (PR merged or closed; nothing but the untracked target link or copies of master), how (the Bash sandbox cannot delete .git/worktrees entries, so the removal runs in the session's Terminal tab and is verified), the never-list (git worktree prune, other sessions' trees and caches, the PDK and tool installs, git stash), and a one-line report for the ledger.
  • .claude/skills/analog-emulation/SKILL.md: the loop tick's "Write state" step ends with /self-cleanup.
  • CLAUDE.md: the skill in the "Available Skills" list.

No code. The judgement moves into .t27 in #10805 (a REMOVABLE verdict in tri worktrees, rules spec plus the smallest glue).

Applied already, today

  • Removed after their PRs merged: the M1c, M2a, M3b and M2b lane trees (owner-run, before this skill), then the M4c lane tree and a stale rev-m3b entry from the Terminal tab under the rule above; withdrawn UART captures (37 MB) and a smoke-test folder deleted. Free disk went from 3.9 GB to 11 GB.
  • Kept: other sessions' trees (wt-b1, keen-austin-*, review-bottleneck-*, the spec/queen-* lanes) and the shared Zig caches.

…es, review checkouts and caches, every tick (Closes #10804)

Owner directive 2026-10-19: clean up yourself, always. The night of 2026-10-18 filled the bench Mac's
disk twice and the owner removed finished lane trees by hand twice. The skill says what is yours (from
the session's own record, never a path pattern or tri worktrees' mine column), when (after a merge,
end of every tick, before a lane when free disk < 8 GB), the rule for a lane tree (PR merged or closed,
nothing but the untracked target link), how (the sandbox cannot delete .git/worktrees entries, so the
removal runs in the Terminal tab and is verified), and what never to touch (git worktree prune, other
sessions' trees and caches, the PDK and tool installs). The analog loop tick and the CLAUDE.md skills
list name it. The judgement moves into .t27 in #10805.

Total Open PRs 50

PRs with All Checks Green 9

These columns do not partition: 1 + 41 + 0 + 0 = 42, and there are 50 open PRs. A PR is being counted twice or not at all.

Seal Status

  • ⚠️ STALE -- sha256(compiler.rs)=03f3de4a3582 != manifest seal=87e5cbd3ad94.
The committed NMSE numbers were certified against an older compiler.rs.
Run scripts/reseal-check.sh locally for the two-step reseal command (advisory; not a merge gate).
