t27b native is red on master tip b92f6f1: nine specs/widgets/* specs landed unledgered (all pass), and the reference no longer compiles specs/ml/eval_hslm.t27 (STALE; undeclared identifier b4_s), so its blocked row is dropped as #10955 did for train_hslm and max_not_pass goes 130 -> 129.

Only docs/reports/t27b_expectations.json changes: no Rust, no gate file, no gen/.
