Closes #11022

Eight lessons of the 2026-10-19 evening, one line each, in .claude/skills/t27o/SKILL.md:

  • the model rule (Sonnet 5.5 for every role, Opus only after two failures or on the owner's word) replaces "Opus plans and reviews";
  • auto-merge refuses "in unstable status" while a non-required check is red: merge with the sha-guarded PUT when the four required checks are green and every red is master's;
  • a t27b change that flips ledger rows or moves a blocker edits docs/reports/t27b_expectations.json in the same PR (the steward refuses MOVED);
  • fixture types must have unique names (the types ratchet counts a second Gate as a conflict);
  • an inherited red is judged against the PR's merge base, not today's master;
  • a trailing & inside a background Bash call dies at once, and rc=$? after a pipe is the last command's;
  • the sandbox cannot delete .git/worktrees/<name> or write ~/.claude/projects from Bash;
  • an issue closed with shape-refused proves nothing until its current body passes the gate's own checker ([bug] issue-shape gate judges the event payload: a queued run closes an issue an edit already fixed (128 of 185 closed issues pass today) #11007).

Diff: 8 insertions, 4 deletions, one file. No code, no spec.
