tri learn: a code fence closes only on a bare line as long as its opener (Closes #11110) - #11114

…ner (Closes #11110) A fence line with an info string (a line like "``` numbers") used to close an open fence, so a skill file with one such line looked as if it ended inside a fence and every added lesson made a new "## Traps" heading (three in ci-gates). The closing rule now matches GitHub: same character, at least as long as the opener, nothing after the run. New test plants the shape; the three lessons replayed on the real ci-gates file make one heading. Tests 22 of 22, vacuous 0, seal re-saved, gen/rust regenerated. Closes #11110
tri learn addmade three## Trapsheadings in.claude/skills/ci-gates/SKILL.mdfor three lessons (found landing #11108). The code-fence rule closed a fence on any line that starts with three backticks, so a line like "``` numbers" inside a block flipped the state and the appended heading was never found again. The closing rule now follows GitHub: the same character, at least as long as the opener, nothing but blanks after the run.Measured before the commit, with t27c and tri built from this tree:
t27c test-report specs/tri/loop/lesson.t2722 of 22 pass, vacuous passes 0 (21 existing + 1 new that plants the shape);tri learn addthree times on a copy of the real ci-gates file leaves one new heading, a fourth run of an existing lesson prints duplicate; seal re-saved and verified MATCH; census gate checked. The PR holding the lessons (#11108) waits for this one and is re-made from it.
