Adds docs/now/2026-10-20-t27o-night-report.md: the t27o night report (2026-10-18 to 2026-10-20) saved from its private page at version 27, converted to markdown, ASCII-only. One section, a partnership option that was not chosen, is left out of this public copy and replaced by a one-line note. Two sentences that had gone stale on the page were corrected in the copy (lane A4's work landed as #11109; the silent miscompile #11181 is fixed in #11192).

Docs only: no source code, no generated file, no seal.
