#11324 added mod t27rel; to cli/tri/src/main.rs (path ../../../gen/rust/t27os/release.rs) but did not commit the generated file, because gen/ is gitignored and the file needed git add -f. This adds exactly t27c gen-rust specs/t27os/release.t27 output from a t27c built from master; no other change. cargo build -p tri compiles on this branch.
