Closes #11446. Orbit labels render phi, pi, superscripts and the middle dot from a tested UTF-8 byte table (source stays ASCII); the clockwise ellipse orbit that missed the #11432 squash; dv_put and the other copied byte writers replaced by uses of lanes_view's; one pre-existing bytes_eq group blessed.
