Merge request for the gHashTag merger: steward READY (required all SUCCESS; the red ones are non-required per Q16 and red on master too). Ledger row included; one-line rebase if the earlier lane PRs land first — I take it on request. |

…hTag#8884) Rebuilt as one commit on master ee3da59 so it merges; docs/reports/t27b_expectations.json rows from both sides kept (union, sorted). Content is otherwise the PR head 5d33df4 unchanged. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Landed from #9670 as part of one combined PR (the Actions queue could not carry 28 single runs while master kept moving under the ledger rows). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Refs #8884 (CR-CHAT-04 ring tracker). Parent epic: gHashTag/trios#1812 (W2, own lane, T-PORT). Tenth W2 target delivered: balance of the class-selection distribution — total bounds (40..1,000,000), per-selection validity against the four canonical classes, distinct-class count = 4, per-class floor of 10, 3/4 dominance ceiling with the original's round-up ratio — D5 verdict carrying class/count/got/bound for every variant, original rule order, all ten PCSE tests transcribed plus helper and rule-order tests (14 total, 0 vacuous). BTreeMap → four scalar slots over the class ladder. No declarations inside small loop bodies (the unroller rejects redeclaration), no fixture fn returning an array binding (rustc E0381 on the move) — fixtures loop inline. The million-and-one fixture of PCSE-05 cannot be a literal: boundary pinned from below, gap named, original Rust test still covers it after the swap. t27b 14/14 native; t27c 14/14; gen-rust compiles under rustc (0 errors, 0 &'static str, 0 Vec<const); coverage Untested 0; seal all hashes MATCH; ledger row included (pass, 28/28 untouched). Dedup checked. Sequencing: one-line ledger rebase if the earlier lane PRs land first — I take it on request.
