queen: pin the wave 1 Memory evidence claims #1450

Follow-up to #1447 and #1448. Wave 1 of the trinity-memory coverage work (trinity-memory#129, PR 130) adds claims replayed from sha256-pinned fixtures for #31, #32, #33, #91 and #105. The Memory policy must pin them so their Queen cells can show T27 verified.

Change

Regenerate specs/queen/memory_issue_proof.t27 with scripts/memory-proof-pins.py over the merged trinity-memory tree: 27 groups, 32 issues. No reader code changes; the group table and the pins are the only difference.

Done when

check:queen-issue-proof passes and, after the release, the live cards of the five issues show T27 verified.
