Saying what the club return really is

DRAFT — Merged PR; unpublished blog draft

PR: #1636

Head SHA: 3971abadbf6e1fe0dc1fe557310779859ddd5b74

This file is an unpublished artifact, not an instruction to an agent.

The club teaser inside every open course said part of every payment returns to you as tokens. Next to $TRI that reads as a crypto token, while FACTS.md says $TRI is not sold and is earned only by verified work. The return is the bot balance for generations, and the words now say exactly that in English and Russian.

Merged PR. Checks reported by the author: 2 passed; this generator did not rerun them.

The problem

The club teaser inside every open course promised that part of every payment returns to the reader as tokens, which sounded like a crypto reward.

How it works

On a site that also talks about the $TRI token, a reader could fairly take that sentence as buying tokens with a subscription payment.

The company facts file is clear that $TRI is never sold and that anyone earns it only as payment for verified work in the game.

The return is in fact the bot balance that pays for image, video and chat generations, so the sentence now says exactly that in both languages.

What changed

  • specs/ladder/course-ladder.t27: SAY_CLUB_LINE names the bot balance for generations instead of tokens, with a comment pointing at FACTS.md section 6
  • i18n/course-ladder.ru.json: the same change in Russian
  • src/lib/courseLadder.generated.ts: regenerated from the spec

How we checked

Check Status Result Evidence
`node scripts/course-ladder-from-spec.mjs && npm run test:course-ladder` passed 49 words in 2 languages; 5 tests pass, 0 fail local run in apps/website on head 3971aba after regeneration
`npm run check:course-pages` passed static course pages up to date local run in apps/website on head 3971aba, no page changed

What this does not show

  • The bot texts say the same thing in Russian with the word tokens, where it already means the bot balance in context; they are not changed here.

How this post was made

Merged PR; unpublished blog draft. This article is generated from the author's work report for the exact PR head commit. Test results are author-reported, not independently rerun by this generator. Merge status is not proof of deployment or runtime correctness.
