Before this PR no t27.ai course showed how the project builds itself. Now course 11, queen-and-hive, has 27 lessons in 9 modules, from shaping an issue to the comb of the game. Each lesson opens a live widget whose every column, verdict and number comes from the fn bodies of a gHashTag/t27 specs/queen or specs/automation spec compiled to wasm: a kanban card that lands where jam_case says, a merge gate, a state machine, key pools, a chain-depth ladder, a cooldown clock and comb cells.

Merged PR. Checks reported by the author: 4 passed; this generator did not rerun them.

The problem

The project builds itself: an issue becomes a task for a bee, the bee writes a spec, a reviewer bee checks it and the site regenerates; the rules of that loop already lived in gHashTag/t27 specs/queen and specs/automation.

How it works

15 specs give 27 widgets their logic through t27-logic.mjs and widget-logic.mjs, with no rule copied; jam_case over all 512 combinations of its 9 facts puts 256 in unmeasured, and 318 are the Queen's move.

review-jam exposed two bugs in the door generator, a param named case and a bool read with all 32 bits, fixed in 999#4020; no widget reads the live Queen, and the game widgets are sketches.

What changed

• public/widgets/hive-* (27 ids): tool.js draws HTML and SVG at 390 px with presets and URL hash state, and opens with its lesson's question. logic.js is one of 15 t27 master c42f8fb40 specs (queen/shaping, tasks, priority, review_first, dispatch, hive, drain, reviewer, merger_gate, key_failover; automation/review-jam, queen-contributor-keys, token-wallet, agent-hive-group, card-chat-night-watch), compiled by 999 scripts/t27-logic.mjs with the door fixes of 999#4020 and imported with widget-logic.mjs --import. The shared drawing is public/widgets/hive-kit.js and hive-kit.css on top of dsp-kit.js. card.png is a Chromium shot of each embed with ?card=1, which hides the sliders.
• specs/widgets/hive-*.t27: every word is a SAY_ and every number a K_ constant. A K_ is an input, a preset, a range or a constant of the logic spec that widget-logic --check holds equal, never a result of a spec fn. Each spec has 3 tests. The gallery grows from 279 to 306 with the hive shelf (game) before the wars pin (271 to 297), and the later pins move by 27.
• specs/course/queen-and-hive.t27, -ru.t27 and i18n/queen-and-hive.ru.json: 27 lessons, each opening a unique widget, with siblings in LESSON_ALSO. courses.t27 puts the course last as course 11 with a test that it closes the catalogue, and the course-from-spec negative control moves from 11 to 12. The 15 lesson specs are vendored under public/t27/files/specs byte for byte as t27 master, replacing older copies of review-jam, agent-hive-group and dispatch.
• src/data/blog: the post the-queen-and-the-hive-a-course-on-how-the-project-builds-itself in EN and RU. Its figure shows jam_case over all 512 combinations of its 9 facts, drawn by the compiled review-jam logic. The menu gets an entry, and the learn pages, cards and sitemap are regenerated.

What this does not show

• The logic.js files were built with the door generator of 999#4020, not yet merged: on 999 main the review-jam door does not parse (param case) and its bool reads all 32 bits. Every door of the other 14 specs differs from a 999 main build only in reading a narrow result through its own bits.
• No widget reads the live Queen. The measured numbers (29 waiting on 2026-10-18, 58 finished an hour on 2026-10-09) are the ones the specs record, and the game widgets are flat sketches of the 3D game.
• check:spec-catalog was already red on main. The 3 replaced and 5 new vendored specs add to its staleness until the nightly catalog sync regenerates universe-atlas.json, manifest.json and shared-core.json. The widget words are English, like the other tool widgets; the course pages are bilingual.
