Queen CI: move test, code-quality and trios-logic workflows to the queen branches #1699
Description
Why
On 2026-10-09 the Queen server moved, with its history, from the gHashTag/BrowserOS fork to this repository, on branches queen and queen-runners. Its CI did not move: the workflows stayed in the fork's .github/workflows. A pull request into queen now runs no checks at all. The actor MVP (#1698) was merged on locally run tests only.
What
Move the three workflows that tested the Queen. Change only their triggers, so they run on pull_request and push for queen and queen-runners. Paths stay as they were (trios/...).
test.yml: the bun suites oftrios/agent-server, including pglive against a Postgres service container.code-quality.yml: biome and the typecheck.trios-logic.yml:policy-copies-agree(the two QueenDelegation.swift copies), the server units, and the Swift logic gates.
Secrets needed: none beyond the built-in GITHUB_TOKEN, which the sticky test-summary comment uses.
