This package and zig-golden-float each hold half of a split directory, and neither half compiles #1

There is no build.zig here, and build.zig.zon declares a dependency by URL with no .hash and no .fingerprint, so nothing can build this package and nothing can depend on it.

Underneath that, the three source files import four that do not exist:

src/knowledge_graph.zig:15: const hybrid      = @import("hybrid.zig");
src/knowledge_graph.zig:16: const packed_vsa  = @import("packed_vsa.zig");
src/knowledge_graph.zig:17: const packed_trit = @import("packed_trit.zig");

All four live in gHashTag/zig-golden-float — src/vsa/packed_vsa.zig,
src/ternary/hybrid.zig, src/ternary/packed_trit.zig, and core.zig for
the vsa functions.

The circle closes: golden-float’s src/vsa/packed_vsa.zig opened with
const Entity = @import("knowledge_graph.zig").Entity; — a file that does
not exist there. Each repository imports the other by a flat relative
path, as if both were still in one directory. Neither compiles, and neither
noticed, because neither had a workflow that runs zig build.

The golden-float half is fixed in gHashTag/zig-golden-float#99. This half
needs a build.zig, a .fingerprint, a hashed dependency on golden-float,
and the four imports repointed at that dependency rather than at siblings
that moved away.
