Fix the styleguide home and add theme variable files - #545

Bumps the styleguide and base-theme submodules. The styleguide reads *colors.css, *dimensions.css and *fonts.css, so split the variables out. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
