How can I continue?Wait for the limit to reset, then comment An organization admin can change what happens after included review limits in Billing. How do review limits work?CodeRabbit enforces per-developer PR review limits within each organization. For paid Pro and Pro+ reviews, CodeRabbit uses a developer's included PR review attempts over the past 7 days to set the current hourly allowance. At typical activity levels, the full plan allowance applies. Higher sustained activity can lower the allowance until earlier attempts leave the 7-day window. Please refer docs for additional details. …ard (item #587) (#770) decide_from_checks only treated GitHub's mergeable_state == "blocked" as an incomplete check-run snapshot. Right after a push, GitHub reports "unknown" (mergeability not computed yet at all) before it ever settles into "blocked" -- the same race, caught one tick earlier -- so the ping still fired before all CI checks existed. Treat "unknown" the same as "blocked": still-pending, not passing. Also namespace the pr-approval gate's first_time_gated key ("pr-approval:<id>" instead of the bare item id), matching the "plan:" pattern already used by dispatch_item. The backing set is one global HashSet shared across every gate type in this file, so an unnamespaced key here silently starved this notify if the item had already been gated for an unrelated reason earlier (the decision gate, skip_item).
