chore: [vent] Session was dispatched with cwd=.worktrees/task/162 (an unrelated in-pro… - #690

… `cargo clippy` (with CI's exact flags) is clean. The fix is complete and verified. ## Status **Root cause identified and fixed**, matching the vent's own hypothesis: a worktree/session pairing bug in `run_or_resume_with_sender` (`src/work_item_pipeline.rs`). It trusted an item's `metadata.workflow_run_id` blindly — if that field ever pointed at a run belonging to a *different* item (stale copy, a race in `persist_run_id`, etc.), the old code would find that foreign run still non-terminal and just sit awaiting it forever, instead of ever dispatching the actual item's own work into its own worktree. That's the exact "task prompt for item #161, cwd from item #162" shape described in the vent. **Fix**: before treating a stored `workflow_run_id` as resumable, verify the resumed run's own persisted `ctx.data.item_id` actually matches the item being dispatched. A mismatch (or a `WorkflowError::NotFound` for an evicted/stale run) is now treated the same as a terminal run — discarded, with a fresh run started against the item's own correctly-claimed worktree. **Tests run** (all synchronous, in the foreground): - New regression test `run_or_resume_with_sender_discards_a_workflow_run_id_that_belongs_to_a_different_item` — verified it actually catches the bug: reverted the fix and reran under a bounded `timeout`, confirming it hangs indefinitely without the guard (exit 124), then restored the fix and confirmed it passes in ~14s. - Full `work_item_pipeline::` test module: 100 passed, 2 pre-existing ignores, 0 failed. - `cargo build --bin agentflare`: clean. - `cargo fmt -- --check`: clean. - `cargo clippy --locked --workspace --all-targets --all-features -- -D warnings -A unsafe_code -A clippy::pedantic` (CI's exact invocation): clean. **Concerns**: I couldn't access the real DB/logs behind the original vent (different worktree, read-only), so I couldn't confirm the *exact* mechanism that put item #162's `workflow_run_id` into item #161's metadata in the first place — the fix closes the failure mode at its single choke point regardless of how that happens, but the specific upstream culprit (e.g. `redispatch` not clearing `workflow_run_id`, or a metadata-templating bug elsewhere) remains uninvestigated and could be worth a follow-up if it recurs. 📝 WalkthroughWalkthroughThe workflow pipeline now validates stored runs before resuming them. It creates and persists a fresh run for missing, terminal, or cross-item runs. A regression test verifies cross-item isolation and worktree selection. ChangesWorkflow Run Validation

📐 Maintainability & Code Quality | 🟡 Minor | ⚡ Quick win
Initialize engine() inside with_temp_home.
Line 876 calls engine() before the with_temp_home closure runs. engine() forces the LazyLock, which opens the store at crate::workflow::default_db_path(). If this test is the first in the process to touch the singleton, the store resolves to the real ~/.agentflare/workflows.db. The test then pollutes real user state, and it panics in a sandbox with a read-only $HOME. This is the same reason the existing tests wrap their calls (see the comment at lines 625-629).
Move the engine() call into the closure.
