feat(mcp): add pm prompt so /flare:pm works in every project - #782
Conversation
Register a pm MCP prompt beside git/handoff/artifact. It embeds .claude/commands/pm.md (frontmatter stripped, $ARGUMENTS substituted) so there is one source of truth, and tells the agent to set PM mode via the pm tool since the /pm UserPromptSubmit hook does not fire for MCP prompts. Constrain pm MCP arguments before embedding them.
The command argument is only documented, not validated. get_pm_command accepts any string and replaces $ARGUMENTS directly in a template that tells the agent to parse the replacement as instructions. A crafted value containing quotes, newlines, or instruction text can therefore influence the tool-capable agent's PM actions.
Parse command against the documented PM grammar and interpolate only canonical values. If free-form arguments must remain, escape delimiters, wrap the value in a named data tag such as <pm_command>, and update .claude/commands/pm.md to treat only that tag's content as command data. Add a test with an instruction-like value.
