The implementation was already committed on this branch by the earlier rounds (629d31f and 87ac0fa). In this round I only re-ran the checks, and I made no code changes.

What the branch does

• Shared store: deps.rs in flare-git-core keeps shared node_modules under ~/.agentflare/deps/<lockfile-sha256>-<os>-<arch>/. It is seeded by a real copy of the main checkout's install when the lockfile is byte-identical.
• Provisioning: create_worktree_for hard-links files from the store into the worktree and falls back to std::fs::copy. A lockfile that differs gets no sharing, and the worktree log says why.
• Sandbox: bwrap overlays the provisioned node_modules so job writes stay private and are discarded.
• Clean: agentflare clean --artifacts reclaims unreferenced store entries only after 14 days idle. It reaps crashed seed dirs after an hour and never offers a marked or symlinked node_modules.
• Docs: AGENTS.md has a "Node dependencies — shared store" section next to the mbx one.

Tests run (all pass)

• cargo test -p flare-git-core deps: 6 passed.
• cargo test -p flare-git-core clean: 59 passed.
• cargo test -p flare-sandbox: 52 passed.
• cargo clippy -p flare-git-core -p flare-sandbox prints doc-style and cast warnings and no errors. I only looked at the first ten, so I didn't check whether any of them are new.

Concerns

• No end-to-end check: I haven't run a real sandboxed job against a real npm project. The acceptance behaviours (writes staying private, two concurrent jobs not seeing each other's writes) rest on the unit tests and the bwrap arg tests.
• Unsandboxed edits: unsandboxed sessions get no overlay, so an in-place edit of a provisioned node_modules reaches the shared store. AGENTS.md documents this.
• pnpm: the virtualStoreType: global setting is documented but not automated.
