Summary
The
Update Scoopjob in the v1.8.1 release failed on checkout becauseCLA_SIGNATURES_TOKEN(a PAT created 2026-07-06) was dead. The 1.8.1 manifest was landed by hand in #880.ghcalls at a new dedicatedSCOOP_PR_TOKENsecret (a fine-grained PAT scoped to this repo, already set), so a single expiring token can no longer break both the CLA check and the Scoop job.chore(scoop): update manifest to agentflare X); the oldscoop manifest: ...title failed the repo'sValidate PR titlecheck (not a required check, so it never blocked a merge).cla.ymlstill usesCLA_SIGNATURES_TOKENand is unchanged.Verification
Cannot run in PR CI (the job only runs on a release tag). The token was checked by hand: it authenticates, and has push + read on this repo. The first real test is the next release's
Update Scoopjob. Note fine-grained PATs expire; set a reminder for its expiry date.
