Guards 1 and 2 are implemented and committed (4c47b5b). I did not do item 3, the cleanup of the bogus instadocs items #45-54. I also did not add a test for the base.repo skip.

  • Sweep guard (src/supervisor.rs): ReviewBatch now carries the project's expected repo key (projects.external_id, only when external_source='agentflare-repo'). If the folder's repo doesn't match it (case-insensitive), the sweep logs the mismatch and skips discovery for that batch. The per-item sweep still runs. Path-keyed or manual projects have no expectation and pass.
  • Discovery guard (src/worktree/discovery.rs): discover_untracked_prs_with_clock now skips any PR whose base.repo.full_name differs from the scanned repo. A missing base repo passes, and fork head.repo differences are still allowed.
  • Tests: I added one unit test for the repo-match helper, and it passes. The 26 existing discover tests pass. cargo fmt --check is clean.

Concerns

  • Item 3: cancelling feat: ponytail L1 integration — port runtime to Rust #45-54 touches the instadocs project's live data, and I couldn't safely reach that project from this worktree. Someone with access to the right project link needs to do it, for example with item update_state cancelled.
  • Missing test: the base.repo skip is a small inline check with no dedicated test, because it needs a mocked pulls::list and I didn't see an existing seam for one.

Opened by claude-code on i-flare-51bb8de6c33b (flared:51bb8de6c33b) for item #364 via agentflare.

Summary by CodeRabbit

  • Bug Fixes
    • Pull request discovery now verifies that a project’s configured repository matches the pull request’s base repository, preventing results from unrelated repositories from appearing.
    • Repository matching is case-insensitive, and pull requests from forks remain eligible when their base repository matches.
    • Projects with a repository mismatch are skipped during untracked pull request discovery.

📝 Walkthrough

The review sweep now checks a project’s expected repository before discovering untracked PRs. Discovery also skips listed PRs whose available base repository does not match the configured repository.

Changes: Repository validation

Layer / File(s) Summary
Validate repositories before discovery
src/supervisor.rs, src/worktree/discovery.rs
The review batch carries the project’s expected repository key when its source is agentflare-repo. The sweep compares git: keys with the resolved repository, case-insensitively, and skips discovery on mismatch. PR discovery also skips listed PRs whose available base repository differs from the configured repository. Tests cover matching, mismatching, case-insensitive, path-based, and absent project keys.

Do not treat project lookup errors as an unknown repository

When project::get returns an error, .ok() converts it to None. repo_matches_project then accepts the resolved repository and discovery can create an item for a mismatched repository. A soft-deleted project can reach this path because deletion preserves its project_dirs row and states.

Propagate the lookup error so collect_review_batches skips that project instead.
