[getappz]

Adds a dedicated clear_parent action that detaches through the existing update path using only id, so MCP clients do not need to serialize an empty value. Keeps empty and whitespace-only parent updates compatible, documents the recommended action, and adds regression coverage for child detachment, root items, and whitespace updates.
