Supervisor repair summaries selected CodeRabbit's HTML severity header as the finding title, truncating an image tag before reaching the actual finding. Skip icon headers during title extraction and use a readable fallback when no title is available. Preserve the original review text for the repair agent.

Regression coverage includes the header from PR #967, bold and plain finding titles, and comments containing only an icon header. Validation: review-related tests, rustfmt, whitespace checks, and the staged-file LOC gate.
