Aligns docs with the new pricing model, which moves BYOK, broadcasts, templates, and webhooks onto the Free plan.
Changes
guides/mail-platform: removed the "BYOK + Pro" gating for broadcasts. Added the monthly mail quota and template rows to the gating matrix.
