A secondfind_symbolcall timed out, after which all subsequent Serena tool calls failed withMCP error 0: connection closed: ... EOF. Total symbols found = 1, below the required ≥3 threshold. - Test the compute-text step should only be lazily inserted #20 (close PR): Skipped — no dedicated test/bot PR available to safely close without disrupting active work.
