Overall Status: ❌ FAIL
Smoke test for the Claude engine. One core test failed (Serena MCP server crashed after initial activation). PR review safe-output tests targeted PR #35973 (copilot/bump-firewall-v02558-gateway-v0322).

Failure details — Test #3 Serena
activate_project succeeded (languages: go, typescript, bash). All subsequent find_symbol, get_symbols_overview, list_dir, and re-activate_project calls failed with MCP error 0: connection closed: ... EOF. The Go language server / Serena process appears to have crashed during indexing.
