CLI Version Updates — 6 tools bumped
Six pinned agentic CLI/MCP versions in pkg/constants/version_constants.go were behind upstream and have been updated. make recompile succeeded (261/261 workflows, 0 errors) and all .lock.yml files were regenerated.
