[deep-report] docs: split dense auth sentence in engines/copilot.md into scannable list #54314
The Delight (UX) Analysis Report (discussion #54271, 2026-08-20) found that docs/src/content/docs/engines/copilot.md line 10 bundles two distinct, mutually-exclusive authentication paths (org-billed permission grant vs. PAT-based secret) into a single dense semicolon-joined sentence, forcing readers to parse both branches before realizing only one applies to them. Verified live at line 10.
Expected Impact
Reduces misconfiguration risk for enterprise readers configuring CI/CD auth (e.g., missing the PAT scope) by letting them scan directly to the branch that applies to their setup.
Suggested Agent
New Agent / docs pass — split the sentence into a short intro line plus a two-item list (one item per authentication path), each keeping its existing link.
