modelcontextprotocol.io/sdk/java/mcp-overview returns 404 after the MCP docs restructure; the SDK overview is now served at /docs/sdk. Fixes github#3589

Verified the new target: https://modelcontextprotocol.io/docs/sdk returns 200 (301 to /docs/2026-07-28/sdk, the versioned canonical page), while the old https://modelcontextprotocol.io/sdk/java/mcp-overview is a hard 404. Keeping the unversioned /docs/sdk rather than the versioned target is the right choice here - the alias follows the current spec release, so the link will not rot when the next version ships. The rest of the Additional Resources list checks out. No objection.
