What Changed
This PR adds a brief bullet point to the "Opening a Pull Request" checklist in the "How To Contribute to Open Source" Guide. The new guidance encourages contributors who use AI tools to review and validate AI-assisted code, documentation, tests, and other contributions before submitting a pull request.
Why
AI-assisted workflows have become increasingly common among open source contributors. This addition encourages contributors to remain responsible for the accuracy, quality, and maintainability of the changes they submit, while keeping the guidance concise and aligned with the existing checklist format.
