Why

Scatter plots currently show time and one numeric measure. Add the familiar bubble-chart variant so a third quantitative measure can control circle size with its own legend, making resource use and ingestion density easier to compare.

Approach

• Extend Dashboard Language scatter charts with optional quantitative encoding.value. Circle area is proportional to positive finite values, with independent size legends and formatted accessible labels/tooltips. Scatter-circle fills are 40% opaque while outlines remain fully opaque, revealing overlaps.
• Preserve individual bubble observations without clustering or sampling. Declare transformations and aggregation in canonical queries rather than presenter code; visibly disclose unusable sizes instead of inventing values.
• Indexing sizes circles by retained ingestion entries on the same shard day. Add a workflow-scoped chart of recorded Actions minutes over time, with AI Credits controlling circle area and conclusions controlling color. Use numeric Actions minutes, not the display-only duration string. These measures do not imply confidence, verified value, or complete coverage.
• Leave Graders as an ordinary scatter plot: its heterogeneous, dense measurement cloud is not a useful bubble-chart example. The earlier Graders screenshots are superseded by the replacement previews.
• Update language contracts, fixtures, generated agent catalogs, and the audited immediate-dashboard fingerprint. No new stores, external sources, CLI capabilities, or rollout authority.

Validation

• Dashboard unit suite: 407 files passed, 3,984 tests passed, one existing skip.
• Focused browser coverage passes, including production worker queries, size refreshes, computed fill opacity, and mobile geometry.
• Dashboard lint, typecheck, document validation, and production build passed.
• Initial feature Lighthouse scenarios and deployed-data worker heap checks passed.
• Documentation build passed during feature implementation; all 78 workflows compile after the final documentation revision.
• Populated full-site desktop/mobile captures verify 183 points in the selected workflow and translucent fills on both adopted views. Updated screenshots are attached in a review comment.

Updated previews supersede the earlier Graders examples. Graders now keeps ordinary scatter points. The replacement shows recorded Actions minutes versus start time for one workflow, with AI Credits controlling circle area. Scatter fills are 40% opaque and outlines remain opaque.
