Updates the Custom Certificates page to match the backend and frontend fix that accepts any Google Slides slide ID, not just IDs starting with g. The page also gets a clearer fix for the slide=id.p error and a new troubleshooting entry for the storageQuotaExceeded copy failure

• Step 9, certificate URL: tells users to select the specific slide before copying the link, with examples of both ID styles (slide=id.g33e0d0c1143_0_0 and slide=id.h5354e71374cd0ed6_14_0). Replaces the old "should not end with `slid
• Error 1, "URL ending with slide=id.p": rewrote the explanation in plain language (Glific needs a specific slide to hat any slide ID prefix works. Replaced the old workaround (duplicate slides, then delete slides 1 and 2) with the actual fix:ft panel and copy the URL from the address bar.
• **New: "Failed to copy slide. Status: 403 … explains that this happens when the service account can open the template but not its folder, so copies end up in theve. The fix is to share the shared-drive folder with the service account as Content manager. Links back to step 10.
