goblog.live homepage: quick start is out of date

Problem

The home page of goblog.live (in goblog-site-theme, templates/home.html) still shows

docker run -p 7000:7000 compscidr/goblog:latest

which loses the site when the container is replaced (#653). The README now recommends

docker run -p 7000:7000 -e GOBLOG_DATA_DIR=/data -v goblog-data:/data compscidr/goblog:latest

The text under it should also mention the setup code from the log once #664 is released.

Fix

Update the Quick Start card in the site theme after the release that contains #661 and #664.
