Summary

The documentation that ADR-0016 still called for, now that every part of it has landed (#415, #416, #417, #418, #419). No code changes.

  • webdocs/skill-management/managed-state.mdx (new): the format reference. The DSSE envelope and its pre-authentication encoding, the payload fields with their defaults, what FastSkill refuses as a whole state, the binding to source and subject, no rollback, clock skew, expiry, a complete example, and how any Ed25519 signer produces one.
  • webdocs/security/managed-machines.mdx (new): the hardening page the ADR promised. What FastSkill enforces and where, the threat model's limits, how fast a block lands, the system file and its ownership rules, keys and rotation, the credential command, the administrator-level hook files per agent, the machine-wide timer files, the agent facts table, and multi-user machines.
  • CONTEXT.md: the five terms the ADR adds (managed state, managed source, managed store, Agent target, quarantine), propagation's third member, and the ADR-0016 pointer.
  • CHANGELOG: one Added entry for the managed client.
  • README, cheatsheet, docs index, managed command page: a line, a table, a card and the links to the two new pages.
  • ADR-0016: marked implemented today.

This PR carries no [skip release]: merging it releases the first version that includes the session-start hooks and the timer from #419.

Test plan

  • pnpm check:content, pnpm lint, pnpm typecheck, pnpm build and pnpm check:export in webdocs (the export check validates every internal link and anchor, including the new cross-links)
  • cargo test -p fastskill-cli --test spec_docs_parity_test --test docs_subcommand_lists_test (every documented fastskill managed invocation and flag exists; the README's managed row lists all five subcommands)
  • CI green

…the managed client

The documentation ADR-0016 still called for, now that every part of it has
landed: a format reference for the signed managed state (envelope, payload,
refusals, binding, expiry, how a signer produces one), the hardening page
(what FastSkill enforces and cannot, the system file, keys, the credential
command, administrator-level hooks, the machine-wide timer, agent facts),
the five CONTEXT.md terms, a CHANGELOG entry, and the README, cheatsheet,
index and managed command cross-links. ADR-0016 is marked implemented.
