FastSkill's shipped agent guidance described the older lifecycle behavior. This update aligns the skill with the coherent lifecycle implemented by gofastskill/fastskill#323: repository-qualified and latest-stable references, lock-first and strict installs, offline and preview modes, implicit default groups, bundle override reset, reconciliation checks, and explicit update strategies.
