This is a port of TeamHypersomnia's rectpack2D to C#/.NET.
Directly ported and adapted from TeamHypersomnia/rectpack2D.
Naive tests adapted from ThomasMiz/RectpackSharp (another rectangle packing library for .NET that's based more loosely on rectpack2D).
