Add ZipFile::ReadInto(span), ZipFile::Skip(n) and ZipArchive::TryClone().

Adds ZipFile::ReadInto(span), which decompresses into a caller-owned
buffer without allocating, ZipFile::Skip(n), which discards bytes
without allocating, and ZipArchive::TryClone(), which returns an
independent handle onto a file-backed archive that shares the parsed
central directory and owns its own file descriptor.
