Code Review

This pull request updates the google-chat and google-cloud-aiplatform protos and client libraries. In google-chat, documentation comments are updated, and new fields avatar_url and email are added to the User proto. In google-cloud-aiplatform, the Memory proto is significantly expanded with new configurations, enums, and nested messages (such as MemoryType, MemoryRevision, and MemoryBankCustomizationConfig). Consequently, the generated TypeScript service clients are updated to support new path templates and helper methods for memory banks and reasoning engine memories, replacing the older memory path helper. I have no feedback to provide as there are no review comments to assess.
